Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Custom & Personalized items
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Custom artwork or doodles
• Personalized lyric videos or keepsake videos
• Custom songs or creative services
• Any item created specifically for an individual customer request
Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun or the item has been delivered.
If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kara@LoveMyArtists.com, and we will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and delivered digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital artwork
• Downloadable prints
• Digital lyric videos
• Custom video files
• Any other downloadable or electronically delivered product
Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Approval of Custom Designs
For custom artwork, songs, videos, or other personalized creative work, a design proof or preview may be provided prior to final delivery when applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, spelling, personalization details, and overall concept before the final version is completed.
Once a design has been approved or delivered, additional changes may require an additional fee depending on the nature of the revision.
Love My Artist is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Revisions for Custom Work
Love My Artist strives to create meaningful and personalized pieces for every customer. For custom artwork, songs, videos, and other creative services, minor revisions may be offered when reasonable and when time allows.
However, please note:
• Requests for major changes to the original concept after work has begun may require an additional fee.
• Revisions must remain consistent with the original request or order description.
• Excessive revision requests may result in additional charges.
Because custom pieces require creative time and effort, Love My Artist reserves the right to determine what constitutes a minor revision versus a major change.
Once a custom piece has been completed and delivered, additional revisions may require a new order or revision fee.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return instructions and the appropriate mailing address will be provided once your request is received.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
Shipping returns
To begin a return, please contact us at Kara@LoveMyArtists.com for instructions.
If your return requires shipping, please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
• If the error was ours, Love My Artist will cover the return shipping cost.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
